Instructor Positions

There are currently no openings for instructors; however, new classes begin every ten weeks, so new positions may become available at that time. Openings for instructors are usually part-time positions since part-time instructors already employed usually fill full-time positions.

Part-time positions become available most frequently in the evening, but day and weekend (Saturday mornings) also become available on occasion. Part-time evening instructors generally teach one or two nights per week. Areas of possible instruction could include any of the fields listed under career programs as well as general education areas such as English, psychology, sociology, etc. Applicants must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree, and a master's degree is generally preferred.
