An Annual Security Report is prepared separately for each location. These reports are prepared in cooperation with the local law enforcement agency serving our current locations, our Executive Director, our Student Services Department and our Financial Aid/Safety Coordinator. Each entity provides updated information on their efforts and programs to comply with the Act.
Campus crime, arrests and referral statistics for the North Wales Campus include those reported to our designated campus officials and local law enforcement agencies in the jurisdiction of Upper Gwynedd Township for our permanent location on Wissahickon Avenue. Campus crime, arrests and referral statistics for the Phoenixville Site include those reported to our designated campus officials and local law enforcement agencies in the jurisdiction of the Borough of Phoenixville. The Campus Crime Statistic Report for each campus is also included in each location report.
Each year, a notice is distributed to all enrolled students and current employees and staff regarding the publication of the current report and crime statistics in compliance with the Cleary Act notification provisions. A copy is accessible via the links above. Printed copies of both reports are available from our Executive Director. Each report is available for review in our Academic Resource Center.
We are pleased to report that no crimes, arrests or violations of the Cleary Act have occurred on or have been reported at either the North Wales, the Phoneixville location, or in the area surrounding the facilities.
We look forward to another year in a crime-free environment.
If you have any questions regarding the contents of the linked reports, do not hesitate to call either location for clarification or comment.
If you wish to take one of the certification tests, you must notify Donna Romano three weeks before the payment deadline for an application.

I was interested in LSB because it was a small school with flexible schedules so I could tend to my family's needs. I am soon to graduate and just completed my externship at a Dermatologist's office where I have accepted a position as a Medical Assistant. I am so happy with what I learned at LSB, and though it was challenging, it was well worth it.Read More »
LSB provides a well-rounded program with diversity in the courses offered. I've been introduced to many areas within the Legal field that I'll encounter when job searching. The Instructors offer excellent expertise and use their own personal industry examples to help students learn. A mock trial in Criminal Law class allowed students to participate in a trial officiated by a Professional Judge. It's been a life changing experience and has opened my eyes to a different world of learning and an understanding of the need for Community legal aid.Read More »
