TITLE IX EXPLAINED:

Title IX of the Education Amendments 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) and its implementing regulations, 34 C.F.R. Part 106, prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs or activities operated by recipients of Federal financial assistance.

Title IX states: No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. Fair and equal treatment, in all aspects of higher education, is expected under the Title IX regulations.

 Safe Workplace and Educational Environment:

Lansdale School of Business is committed to maintaining a safe and health education and work environment that is free from discrimination or harassment based on age, race, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religions beliefs or creed, national or ethnic origin, or disability.

LSB is also committed to providing support to those who may have been impacted by incidents of sexual or gender-based harassment or misconduct and may provide various resources and support services when possible to individuals who have experienced one of these incidents. This website provides information on what you should do if you may have been impacted by any of the behaviors detailed above.

Why you Should Report:
Reporting concerns of discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual misconduct can help you connect to resources and support, and help you to explore your options for possible resolution.

 Reporting an Incident:
There is no need to schedule an in-person appointment to make a report. The report can be verbal or written. Any person may report sex discrimination or sexual harassment at any time, including during non-business hours, by using the telephone number, regular mail, or e-mail address of the Title IX Coordinator, or by meeting with or sending a written complaint to the Title IX Coordinator, using the contact information above.
